FAQ
One fixed price for the whole project, never an hourly rate. We start with a discovery week, and at the end of it you have the scope, the price and the date in writing — before anything gets built, and yours to keep even if you stop there. What moves the number is only how much has to exist in v1, and that is the conversation we have on the call.
First production release typically in six to eight weeks. Discovery takes one week. If a deadline is tighter than that, we say so instead of promising it.
That's the normal case, and it's what discovery is for. You bring the problem; turning it into a scope is our job, not homework we hand back to you.
About an hour a week. You get something you can click at the end of every sprint, and your founder is reachable in between — but the only thing we need from you is a decision on what you are looking at. The rest is our job.
You see it every week, so there is no reveal at the end to be disappointed by. Every sprint closes with something working, and we keep iterating until you say it's right. The scope is fixed and the price with it, so changing your mind inside it costs you nothing.
Yes. Repository, infrastructure, domain and every account are in your name from day one. If you switch providers tomorrow, you take everything with you without asking us.
You do, directly. Hosting, domain and any paid service are in your name from the start, so nothing reaches you with our margin on top. We size them for what the product actually needs and tell you what they cost before you commit to anything.
We do. We're founders who shipped our own products before taking client work, so the person deciding what goes into your v1 has paid for those decisions with their own money.
Nothing forced. You can keep working with us, take it in-house, or hand it to another team — the code and the documentation are written so that's genuinely possible.
