Blitz builds software for other companies. This policy covers this website and what happens to the information you send us when you get in touch.
For anything on this page, write to ravasini.aziendale@gmail.com. A person answers, not a form.
Nothing. The pages you are reading are static: no forms, no analytics, no tracking cookies. Reading them leaves us nothing about you.
Our hosting provider keeps the usual server logs — IP address, time of request, browser — because a server that keeps no logs cannot be kept secure. We do not use them to build a picture of you, and they are not kept longer than that purpose needs.
If you email us, we keep what you send: your name, your address, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run the project. Nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on.
Our mailbox is a Google account, so your message sits on Google’s servers the same way any email you send does.
An enquiry that does not turn into a project stays with us only as long as the conversation is alive. Once a project exists, the correspondence around it is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and no longer.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address above and we answer within a month — usually the same week. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change affects you and we have your address, we tell you instead of waiting for you to notice.
Anything here unclear? Write to ravasini.aziendale@gmail.com and ask.
